Strengthening LABI's Community Governance
We supported the Latin American Bioimaging (LABI) network through a three-stage process. We carried out an assessment with interviews and an open survey of its community, accompanied the design of its governance model and reviewed the agreements needed to put it in place.
Spanish Translation of the Open Infrastructure Fund Call
We translated into Spanish the materials (announcement and application form) of the pilot call of Invest in Open Infrastructure (IOI), a fund for projects that strengthen the open infrastructure behind research. Teams across the region could then learn about it and apply in their own language.

First CZI Open Science Meeting in Latin America
Together with the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) we co-organized the workshop "Accelerating Open Science in Latin America". Over two days, people from the scientific community across the region worked on their needs and on how to build capacities from and for Latin America.
